I Changed My Mind Can I Cancel or Change an Order
- Vetter Snark understands that sometimes we change our mind about an order and that’s o.k. You have 24 hours to cancel or change an order.
- Once an item has gone to print, we can’t cancel or change it.
- Once an item has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
- If the product isn’t a custom made item, it can be shipped back, but the customer pays shipping charges.

Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be happy with our products.
- Our products are carefully inspected before they are packaged and shipped out.
- If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, flawed, or is the wrong item, please contact us right away at customer service.
- We will request photographs of the damaged item and/ or the package it arrived in. This helps us maintain quality control with our printers, production partners and shipping carriers, and aids us in quickly fixing an issue.
- After the damaged item is returned we will either replace it, send a gift card, or refund your money.
Our products on average take 2-7 days to process, print, sew, and ship out, sometimes a bit longer for popular items and during the holiday and back to school seasons.
Shipping time averages from 2-30 days. It depends on the shipping service and where the product is being shipped from.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number and shipping carrier will be e-mailed to you when the item has shipped.
Why is my order being shipped from separate locations?
- Our products come from printers and production partners from around the world. While we strive to work locally as much as possible, some products aren’t available locally and we would be extremely limited on the awesome products we offer.
- Our production partners have been carefully tested, and have been chosen for the quality of the product they offer. If we don’t like them we don’t use them.
- We have travelled the world in search of the Snark, and found great products in our adventures. We pride ourselves on being able to share these amazing items with our customers, hoping you will take part in your own adventures.
My order never shipped or arrived. What do I do?
- If your order hasn’t arrived after 45 days please contact us immediately. It’s rare but occasionally a package gets lost.
- If an order hasn’t shipped or you haven’t received a tracking number after production and processing time please contact us and we will check into it.
Tracking shows my package was delivered but it is not here.
- There are several things to check for first. Sometimes a package is delivered to a neighbor by mistake. Please check with them and see if they received your package accidently.
- Check with family members to see if they already brought the package inside.
- Check the delivery address, especially if you have moved recently. If the customer has provided the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
- Check with the shipping carrier. They often have the GPS coordinates and time of delivery. Once a package has left our warehouse the shipping carrier is responsible for ensuring the package is delivered correctly.
- Contact us, and we will see what we can do to make it right, including locating your package.
Return and Refund Policy
- Our return policy on returnable items is 15 days after receipt.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned items.
- Custom printed and hand sewn items are non-returnable because they are made just for you, after you place your order, and are unique, one of a kind items.
- If an item is misprinted, flawed or damaged, we will replace upon return of the damaged item.
- Please check our sizing guidelines carefully. We can’t exchange custom printed items that are the wrong size or color. Please contact us for more information about this.
- Because of health and sanitary reasons, Swim Wear, Underwear, Sports Bras, Leggings and intimate apparel can’t be returned.

Taxes, VAT and Customs Charges, oh my!
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay Customs Charges, Vat and Sales Taxes.
- Vetter Snark has no control over these charges.
- The types of charges depend on the country or state you are purchasing from, and delivery location.
- We do our best to ship from locations where VAT and Customs Charge won’t be applied, but we can’t guarantee it.
- Refusal of the customer to pay VAT or customs charges resulting in the return of an item does not guarantee a refund from Vetter Snark.
